The Unmanaged by Tenable.io widget lists those IPs not managed in the Tenable SecurityCenter. Lumeta 4.4 pushes metadata about these IPs to Tenable.io so that those assets can be managed. 
IPs listed on this table are managed by both Lumeta and Tenable. No assets in our lab environment have that characteristic, so this widget indicates that with, "No data available."
