Portal maps are designed to show only Command Centers to which they have been connected, and the connection must be initiated at the Portal. This allows your organization to run standalone Command Centers with independent results that do not accrue at the Portal.
If your system runs on the Window's 10 operating system and you're accessing the Portal map with the Internet Explorer (IE) 11 browser, you may encounter missing options on the main menu bar.
